Job Context

We seek an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, overseeing talent management, enhancing workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, HR expertise, Good Command in English and the ability to foster a high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support company objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and career development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead employee relations efforts to foster a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a fair and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Utilize HR analytics to track key performance metrics and improve HR processes.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and workplace investigations professionally.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skils Requirements

  • Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Communication, Work Culture Knowledge, HR Software & Analytics
  • Experience Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in an IT or Software company.
  • Good Command of the English Language is a must.
  • Salary

    BDT 60k - 100K (Based on the expertise and experience).
