Job Context

We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual who excels in social media management and enjoys engaging with audiences. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's online presence and directly interacting with our audiences to promote products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing and sales plans tailored to attract startups and small businesses in the USA.
  • Market Research: Analyze the technology market to identify trends, potential clients, and opportunities for SoftLabNy’s services.
  • Digital Marketing: Create and manage digital campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and social media to generate leads.
  • Product Development Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to design and position services that address client needs effectively.
  • Client Engagement: Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential clients, pitching SoftLabNy’s offshore tech team solutions and software services.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales efforts, providing actionable insights to improve results.

Requirements

  • A passionate individual with a deep love for AI and hands-on experience using AI-powered marketing tools.
  • A smart, hardworking, and passionate professional with a deep interest in technology.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, sales, and product development strategy, ideally within the tech or software development industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with global clients.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Creative problem-solver with a results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

BDT 80k-120k (Monthly)
